Put together by Italian producers Alex Ground and David Zeta, Minimal Dubs presents the pair's quirky take on techno in the shape of 90 drum loops and 140 one-shots. The beats are stripped-back and glitchy in feel, the basses bounce and thump with aplomb, and the melodic material ranges from percolating sequences to soaring pads. The production style is - as you'd hope - minimal and 'purist', leaving lots of room for manoeuvre when it comes to processing and effects.
