The Freaky Loops crew roll up their suit sleeves, fire up a bank of synths, and bang out a fierce collection of woozy, fuzzy, dreamy and sleazy '80s stadium electro for y'all. Like Jan Hammer on acid, it's all glistening arpeggios, retro riffs, and over confident melodies. Great for fans of feel-good electronica. Besides these triumphant new wave toplines, you also get beefy drums and more than enough other FX bits to sprinkle on top. The 225 loops and samples, locked in at 70/80/90bpm, tip the nose of the jet towards the future, but definitely set off from the golden era of Arps, Rolands, and Korgs. Anyone flying the flag of vaporwave, synthwave, electronica, new wave, synth-pop, retrowave, disco and/or indie dance, should stop what they're doing right now and take a look.
