The hyperkinetic sounds of ambient jungle and intelligent DnB served as OSTs for a multitude of racing, extreme sports, and sci-fi console games from the mid-90s to the early 00s.
Games like Wipeout, Rage Racer, 1080 Snowboarding or Xtreme G-2 would introduce players to the world of sped-up, surgically programmed breakbeats, ecstatic pads, oceanic atmospheres, pummelling sub-bass and vibrant chord-vamps.
