Modbap Vol. 1 is the fusion of modular synthesis and boom-bap (or any form of hip-hop) music production. A detonation of experimentation with modular synthesis techniques and classic boom-bap music. Inspired by great artists like J Dilla, DJ Premier, Pete Rock, DJ Muggs, Was, Big L, KRS-One, and others.
You can expect dark, experimental, and grimy sounds perfect for creating and inspiring your next beats. All loops and one-shots come BPM and key-labelled where applicable, recorded as 24-bit high-quality WAV files. Don’t forget that all samples are 100% royalty-free - you can use these in your tracks and release them on labels, use them for commercials, YouTube, TV, radio, and more!
