Boom bap hip hop - lots of cuts, chops, and scratches in this set. I like the scratches especially in this set as they move with the music - not just a standard scratch using a different sound. It makes it very authentic and gives the production a very 'live' feel as if a dj is right there working next to the beatmaker. This is all done in kit format but I'm sure all parts can be widely used in various productions. You also get everything in a one-shot/ hits folder - which gives you the individual sound and drum hit to work with as well. Honestly- it might seem like a hard puzzle to put back together when listening to the loops alone - even in the kit format. But that might be a good thing so each person can bring their own interpolation to each of the parts.
